1. How do the Shipping products work?

The customers add their chosen products to the cart page, and after that, they check out their products. They fill in their shipping information and/or billing information during this step. After finishing, they proceed to make payment via credit card or their PayPal account (if they have one). At this step, the customers fill in the payment information on the payment form and submit it.

The order is created on the Mindset Designed website system, so it is automatically forwarded to the Printify system. At this step, the information order is submitted to one or more of the print providers, depending on the number of items in the order and the print provider’s production item.

There are different print providers, exist in different countries (Let’s see the list below). Each print provider has different products that belong to adequate brand.

At this time, the majority of the products on the https://themindsetdesigned.com/ will be produced from the print providers existing in the United States.

2. What is the List of print providers?

The print providers are the site of the production in which all of the products will be printed depending on the designs existing in The Mindset Designed website. The products exist physically in the stuck of these sites without designs.

This list can been modified. This is depending on the relationship between Printify and each Print Provider.

The payment is ensure by the two following payment methods:

a. The card payment gateway which powered and assured by the PayPal company. You can use this method to buy the products by any bank card payment you have.

b. The second payment method is the PayPal account. You must have an account PayPal to use it.

5. What is the Refund and Returns Policy?

Overview

Printify is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered from the https://themindsetdesigned.com website. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported by The Mindset Designer Company or by Printify Company if you order the wrong size, or color, or simply change your mind.


Reprint or refund

In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact them within 30 days of product delivery. Please contact us via the Contact Us forms and provide a clear photo and/or video showing the issue.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.


Please note that Printify and The Mindset Designer Company will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund.

For DTG (Direct-to-garment or DTG printing) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.


In case of reprint:

After contacting, us via the Contact Us forms and selecting the reprint request type inside this form under “Received order issue” option, your items will be reprinted and delivered to your address shipping.

In case of refund (return):

We refund you through your account bank. We invite you to return the items to the original address mentioned in the package.
